For the first time, The 1958, TRA, MUST and MUYSC have come together with a shared purpose, recognising that while each organisation has its own strengths, perspectives and priorities, we are far stronger when we work together than when we stand apart.
Our first collective action has been to unite behind a joint call for greater transparency from the Club over the future of Old Trafford. That letter has also secured the backing of fan groups, supporter clubs from across the wider supporter community and the Fan Forum unanimously. Demonstrating the strength of feeling that exists throughout the fanbase.
This is a significant and historic moment for Manchester United supporters. It sends a clear message that supporters can put differences aside when the future of our club is at stake. A united fanbase cannot simply be ignored.
This collaboration is not about one issue. It is about establishing a new way of working together. When decisions fundamentally affect the identity of Manchester United, its match-going supporters, its traditions and future generations of fans, we will stand together with one voice in solidarity.
We will challenge where necessary, support where appropriate and always put the long term interests of Manchester United and its supporters first.
The future of our club should never be decided without the people who have carried it through generations. United, organised and determined, we will ensure those voices are heard.
